The fantastic regional cuisine: Don't miss the pleasure of tasting l’escudella and carn d'olla (mixed meat casserole), mongetes amb botifarra (dried beans with fresh sausage), faves (broad beans), ànec amb peres (duck with pears), among amny others. Are famous the Spanish sausages of all kinds from Vic, and desserts like el pa de pessic (sponge cake), la nyoca amb vi bo (nuts and raisins with wine) and la crema catalana (egg custard).
