Privacy Policy
Application of the LOPD and the handling of users’ personal data.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 (13 December) on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Law 34/2002 (11 July) on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), we hereby inform you that:
- Any personal data that users of this website may introduce, will be stored in a data file that belongs exclusively to the Museu d’Arqueologia de Catalunya. Only the Museum will have access to this data, and under no circumstances will the data be disclosed to third parties.
- This information will be used, with users expressing consent through the acceptance of legal conditions, to provide information on all MAC events and services that may interest the user. The user can revoke consent at any time by sending a letter, fax or email to the addresses or numbers indicated below.
- All Museu d’Arqueologia de Catalunya users can exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition within the terms established by the governing legislation. Furthermore, the user can, at any time, express his or her desire not to receive advertising of any kind.
To duly exercise these rights, users must post correspondence to the following address: Passeig de Santa Madrona, 39-41, Parc de Montjuïc, 08038 Barcelona, addressed to: Servei de Difusió del Museu d'Arqueologia de Catalunya.
